The answer to your question is no. However; here are two methods you can use to zoom the previewed devices, or the storyboard in and out:

1. Double click/tap your mouse/track pad on an empty area to zoom in/out. Then use your mouse or track pad to scroll.

2. Use pinch gestures on your track pad to zoom in/out. Then use your mouse or track pad to scroll.
